Get Started in 5 Easy Steps

Once registered, follow this quick start guide to using your account to buy Lottery tickets online.

Add Funds to Your Account Using Your Player Code

  1. Visit an authorized lottery retail location.
  2. Log in to the web site from your mobile device.
  3. In the top right corner of the screen click Player Menu > My Account > Add Funds to Account or the icon.
  4. Give the retailer the funds you wish to add to your account and let the retailer scan your player code.
  5. To verify that the funds have been added to your Player Account: log out and log back in to see the updated account balance.

Add Funds to Your Account Without a Player Code

If you do not have your player code or a mobile device with you, then:

  1. Visit an authorized lottery retail location.
  2. Give the retailer the funds you wish to add to your account and obtain a Player Account Cash Receipt.
  3. Log in at your earliest convenience.
  4. In the top right corner of the screen click Player Menu > My Account > Add Funds to Account or the icon.
  5. Enter the Serial # from your Player Account Cash Receipt into the Receipt Serial Number input box.
  6. Click Submit to complete the addition of funds to your account.

Withdraw Funds

  1. Log in
  2. In the top right corner of the screen click Player Menu > My Account > Cash Withdrawal.
  3. Enter the cash amount that you would like to withdraw. The amount available to withdraw is noted in the top right-hand corner of the text box.
  4. Click Submit to continue or Cancel to return to the Main Menu.
  5. You will receive an email with instructions for completing the cash withdrawal. You will need to go to any of our Sales Service Center or Authorised Agent to complete the transaction.

Claim Prize at a Retailer Location

The National Lotteries Authority has made claiming game prizes simple and easy. Winners must simply observe the conditions below to claim their prizes.

  1. The winning ticket accompanied by a valid signature and proper identification must be presented in order to claim prizes.
  2. All prizes must be claimed within ninety (90) days after the draw unless otherwise decided by the manager.
  3. Claims can be made at any authorized NLA agent, please see Agent's Redemption Limits.
  4. For larger prizes or all other prizes that Agents are unable to redeem at a point in time, claims must be made at the National Lotteries Authority's head office on The Carenage, St. George’s, NLA’s St. George’s Sub-Office, NLA Bruce Street Retail Outlet in Bruce Street Mall or the NLA’s Grenville Sub-Office in Jubilee St. Grenville, St. Andrews. These claims must be made in person with photo identification; and a photo ID is required for collection of prizes that are in the form of cheques.
  5. Jackpot Prizes are paid in full unless otherwise stated.

It is important to note that the National Lotteries Authority reserves the right to publish the name, address and photograph of any prize winner and use the information in lottery promotional activities. For further information, winners can contact the National Lotteries Authority office in St. George’s or the sub office in St. Andrew’s.


Update Your Profile

  1. Log in
  2. In the top right corner of the screen click Player Menu > My Profile > Update Profile.
  3. From this screen you can update your personal information, address, contact information, and prize payment preferences. You can also opt in or out of the mailing list.
  4. Click Submit to save your changes, or Cancel to discard them.

Change Your Password

  1. Log in
  2. In the top right corner of the screen click Player Menu > My Profile > Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password into the Current Password text box.
  4. Enter your new password into the New Password text box. Note that your new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one letter and one number.
  5. Re-enter your new password into the Confirm New Password text box.
  6. Click Submit to save your changes, or Cancel to discard them.

Change Your Email Address

  1. Log in
  2. In the top right corner of the screen click Player Menu > My Profile > Change Email Address.
  3. Enter your new email address into the New Email text box.
  4. Re-enter the new email address into the Confirm New Email text box.
  5. Click Submit to save your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
  6. Note that you will not be able to sign into your account until the new email address is verified. An email will be sent to the new email address with verification instructions.

Set Your Preferred Prize Payment Option

  1. Log in
  2. In the top right corner of the screen click Player Menu > My Profile > Update Profile.
  3. Scroll down the page to the Preferences text box.
  4. Choose your preferred prize payment option.
  5. Click Submit to save your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
